Our mandate
Three duties that keep the industry accountable
National PSO register
A single authoritative record of every private security organisation under Police oversight, kept current by the Unit.
Personnel vetting
Guards and officers are screened and cleared before deployment, with clearance status tracked against each company file.
Monitoring & enforcement
Regional commanders inspect premises, log findings and escalate breaches under L.I. 1571 where standards fall short.

Apply to the Ministry
The operating licence for a private security organisation is issued and renewed by the Ministry of the Interior.
