Register with the PSO Unit

Enter your company in the PSO Unit records and open your staff roster for vetting. An officer will contact you to verify your supporting documents.

This registers your company in the Ghana Police Service PSO Unit’s records and starts mandatory employee vetting. It is not the operating licence itself. That is a separate application to the Ministry of the Interior. If you haven’t applied for your licence yet, you can still register here; if you already hold one, add your licence number below so the PSO Unit can link the two records.

PDF upload is available on this form. Attach your incorporation certificate, company regulations, tax, SSNIT and VAT clearances and director CVs below and they upload as soon as you submit.

If provided, the PSO Unit will link your record to your Ministry licence.
