Register with the PSO Unit

Enter your company in the PSO Unit’s records and open your staff roster for vetting. An officer will contact you to verify your supporting documents.

This registers your company in the Ghana Police Service PSO Unit’s records and starts mandatory employee vetting. It is not the operating licence itself. That is a separate application to the Ministry of the Interior. If you haven’t applied for your licence yet, you can still register here; if you already hold one, add your licence number below so the PSO Unit can link the two records.

Document upload is not yet available. Supporting documents (incorporation certificate, tax, SSNIT and VAT clearances, police clearance for principal officers) must be emailed to pso@police.gov.gh or delivered to the Unit in person.

If provided, the PSO Unit will link your record to your Ministry licence.

Statutory clearances held

Declared here for information only. Certificates are verified by an officer during PSO registration.

Staff to vet (optional)

You can file your staff roster now or later. Anyone you list here enters the vetting queue as Pending until an officer checks their identity documents. If you do not have the full list yet, leave this blank and use the Submit Staff for Vetting page once your company is on file.
